The lounge itself was fine and a nice lady, Norma, was really helpful and offered great service.However, the lady at the front desk was quite rude. She asked for my boarding pass to be scanned (I was travelling on JetBlue) and told me only Lufthansa passengers could come into the lounge even though the website said otherwise. I tried to explain to her that I'd read the terms and conditions but could hardly argue as she insisted I wasn't allowed in. She told me I'd wasted time talking and should try other lounges. Finally got round to telling her I had paid and demanded to scan my pass before she realised her mistake.I was really disappointed. I expected more professional service for sth I had paid for.

It doesn’t make sense that Lounge customers are not boarded first when they board directly from the lounge.

So I went here on Thanksgiving, and the food was pretty good, but the bartender didn't really know how to make many drinks and didn't have any garnishes, but we got by... the space was comfortable. My problem now is though I left a very valuable item in the lounge and I have been trying to contact the airline for two weeks now with no luck at all. One agent did tell me that they see my item was turned in, but since then I have been kept on hold for four hours at a time, hung up on about 20 times, gave multiple wrong number after wrong number, try to talk to people through social media and got absolutely nowhere. I am desperate for my item back to the point that I'm thinking about flying back to Boston airline so I'm trying to see if the airline will notice me here and give me information about how to contact her lost and found at the Boston in Airport. Please don't give me that one 800 number that has 199 people ahead of me and when I finally get to talk to somebody, they just hang up. lol so far the customer service is the worst I've seen with an airline. Thx you for listening to my rant and please help me. My wedding ring is in the bag but yes, go to the lounge, it's fine.

Really liked this lounge! Food was tasty with vegetarian options. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable. It’s not super flashy, but it’s very clean and well thought out. Staff was great. I hope to visit again.Vegetarian options: Pretzels, chickpea sandwiches, eggplant cutlets

We booked online for the lounge and the money was paid from our bank but no confirmation email sent, when we got to the lounge they wouldn’t accept the evidence that we had paid so we had to pay again, we were assured we wouldn’t be charged twice however we have been but can’t contact anyone to sort this out, we have been told by Lufthansa customer service that the lounges are operated separately however speaking to someone is impossible if anyone has any suggestions we would be very happy!!

Really disappointed by this lounge. I heard for a while that Lufthansa has deteriorated and can confirm that this is true. Of the lounges at Logan, this is the worst one I've been to (have been to Air France and the Chase lounge). Buffet was mediocre at best. All dishes were unidentifiable because they didn't have any name tags. Good luck for vegetarians etc. There was a charcuterie station with cheese, spreads, dips but with no bread or crackers or anything else to put the spreads on, haha. No showers in the lounge, and generally there weren't any cool amenities. The only thing that looked decent was the bar. Also, there is ONE outlet between sofa pairs that are designated for two different parties, and the Internet is horribly slow. Not worth getting business class in order to get lounge access imo.

I really liked this place, exceeded my expectations by a lot. Had a really great food and drink selection and they tasted good. Comfortable seats, they have amazing soup. It was a comfortable and cozy place. And if there is a Lufthansa flight in gate E10 you can go here and board already quick and easy process.

Made exceptions for the group in front of us to bring in a guest and did not for my wife and I. Really not worth the premium fee you pay for having a card and spending tens of thousands.
