I had ordered a floral arrangement and when there was a problem, they offered a refund or a new arrangement. The new arrangement, delivered within 24 hours, was more beautiful than the first!! “We had to say goodbye to my Nana today and I placed a floral arrangement to be delivered for the services from Sweetbay. I placed the order online and added a note asking if we could add two ribbons (one for Mom and one for Nana) and requested pastel colors and Irish greenery.
Minutes after placing my order, I received such a nice text from Liz letting me know they’d take great care of this arrangement for me and could accommodate my requests.
I originally requested delivery on Saturday (mass services were on a Monday in the morning) and I didn’t want to risk them not arriving on time since it was just a mass, not a wake/viewing. Liz texted me as we got closer to let me know she contacted the funeral home directly and coordinated a time to deliver the flowers on Monday morning instead.
The arrangement was everything I could have dreamed of and it was absolutely beautiful and arrived on time.
I was so impressed with the care that Liz and her team took to make such a difficult day a little bit easier, I won’t use any other shop for flowers moving forward. They have gained a forever customer. Thank you so much!”

They have lamps, rugs, pet toys, kitchen gadgets, cookware, plastic and wood cutting boards, drapes, etc. However, the line to check out at the Home Goods in Woburn Village is often so long, I leave before I make a purchase.”

You will do and see things that other people and groups will not experience, with lots of hands on involvement. “I've been a costumer to this amazing store for more than 12 years. And always loved it! Great selection of ideas for gifts, and the owners are super nice! So is the cashier who always greets you with a warm "hello". Reading Peter V. comments on here, saying that he was (or maybe more like THEY were - they, being a group of young kids) "chased out" of the store (with a fist) I'm certain that the reason the cashier had to ask them to leave the store was validated by the fact this GROUP of young teenagers were disrespectful to the store merchandise (were you there Peter V?), by trying on a few items and throughing them back in the shelves. Not just nicely placing the items back, they were actually throwing things like eye glasses and other things around after posing with the merchandise for pictures. Kids these days lack good manners. And that is not an acceptable attitude to be proud of... you may be a parent "protecting" your offspring, but first of all, good mannered we learn from home!”

“The best quality in furniture and accessories for the house! And the service like no other place; amazing, patience and friendly. Some may say it’s pricey but I believe the quality and service is beyond worth it. When I first moved in into my apartment was during the pandemic and yet they still manage to get the furniture at a reasonable time frame where most places said MONTHS to A 1 year. First thing i bought was my bedroom set, the service and quality made me want to keep buying but I was very hesitant on which dinning table and chairs to get as well as my coffee table for my living room area, and lastly my bar stools for my breakfast counter. I wanted white & gold but i also wanted grey & silver, HomeBasix helped me put it all together and it came out PERFECT. I also bought some finishes touches like my curtains, decor and wall frames. Everyone who comes to my apartment loves my furniture and decor and asks where is from, I have HomeBasix to thank for! Thank you for your patience and great quality!! Truly recommend it!”

Spending money in there community ensures that is stays in the community.As the seasons change, so do the available items here. In the spring, I buy some seeds for the garden. The summer months have products more associated with that. As we head into autumn and winter, the focus shifts toward the holiday season. I always buy some Christmas gifts here for various family and friends.The store is always busy during Small Business Saturday and the holiday markets.They stock a variety of items such as cards, jewelry, home decor, clothing, and lots of localy-themed items such as coasters, towels, and glassware.Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and takes the time to talk with me. This is something that you generally don't get in a large chain store.In conclusion, this is a great store and comes highly recommended by me!”
