Kind Employees. Long wait time.Took me 25 minutes to complete a bank account closure. Was not expecting it to take so long. I was helped right upon my coming in but halfway through my service the employee had to help another costumer.

Someone stole the check made out to me (to my name!) from my mailbox. Chase allowed them to deposit it into THEIR account and refused to correct the mistake.Moreover, we couldn't provide specifics on a police report either for they wouldn't cooperate. Hid behind "privacy" when all they had to do was to correct the mistake (check image was provided and checks are scanned when deposited anyway). All we wanted were the money returned to us.

I went in close to their closing time and the two men that helped me were very courteous and respectful and did not rush me. I was greeted at the door and the both were very helpful.

Opened up a business account, I walked in and was greeted in Spanish. This is a huge win in my books because although i personally don't need it, i know a lot of Latinos want to bank in the language they feel most comfortable in.The account was opened without a problem, because I was provided the required docs that i needed to bring to my appointment. Again i didn't need this but I found it the be the extra step that really might help other so that things go without a hitch. Big Shout out to Business Rep **Cristian Spicer** who handled everything efficiently, and without issues.The only down grade would be the time it took to open the account, if that could have been done in a shorted period then this would be a perfect visit.I will use this as my hub back, regardless of it being quite far from home. That extra care they took was something that i truly appreciate.*Se Habla español !** mi gente :)

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They don't try to help you out to make sure things can be done with the minimal hassle. Instead, they made us have to go multiple trips to the bank only to be met with nonchalance and finds every opportunity to make sure you can't get it done same day. Worst Chase bank I've been to and I've been a long time loyal customer.

They are ridiculously unprofessional and unreliable. I opened a business account online after being their customer for years. I was told to go in to provide more information. I did it the same day and gave all they asked. Felix, the person who helped me didn’t even know you could open an LLC account online and after doing what had to be done, told me he was going to give me a call when the issue is addressed a few days later. Never heard from him. I called in, he had already left. No one else could provide information not even if I went to the branch the same day. I had to schedule an appointment for the next day. When I went they told me the account is getting closed because I opened it online and they didn’t verify something although I provided the info. What? Then why do they let people open account online? Meanwhile I have now spent a week wasting my time with them. It’s fine. I just applied for an account at a bank with competent people but learn from me and don’t let them waste your time. I intend to stop my personal credit card with these incompetent amateurs as well.
