On Dec 2022 my wife went personally to apply for an apartment and was told to put down a $500 deposit which she gladly comply. We didn't get the apartment and was told that the deposit will be refunded after 30 days, it's April and still nothing. My wife went personally to inquire multiple times and it was the same respond: that it would be refunded. Beware of such place and their schemes. As of this time not even a phone call or email apologizing for the inconvenience.

Time to say goodbye . I moved here 2 years ago , met Hannie who helped us a lot with our first leasing and then last year renewing, definitely a good property manager you have pleasure to deal with , the whole staff is very professional and maintenance is always super fast and on point . We are moving only because I needed something closer to my job . Will miss this place , the neighborhood is awesome, close to the city and close to the beach . Will recommend to anybody who like being superclose to the city but wants in the same time a peaceful quiet neighborhood . Thank you Brandywyne, you guys been good us

I have visited many times and I have to say the location is great! Very easy to get to. But what really stands out are the people who work there. Hannie, specifically, is very helpful and has answered any question I have had about the property.

Brandywyne Village is quiet place to live. It’s near the orient heights train station and a block from Constitution Beach. As well as the greenway path that goes all the way to Piers Park in East Boston. Recently there was a big renovation including soccer, playground and baseball field right next door. Maintenance workers and leasing Staff Hannie are always very nice helpful. There is a community center in the office where anyone can go and use the computers and activities for kids and adults in and out in the city. All the info in monthly newsletter. They use a online Platform to pay rent request services to apartment and more. It’s a small community of mixed ages. It’s 5-10 away from Airport, library, Maverick, Target, Stop & Shop ,15mins to Dear Park and to Boston all depending on traffic that is. My townhouse came with a laundry machine which makes my life much easier. And there is parking spaces inside community.

I moved to Brandywyne Village because it was closer to my school. The ONLY reason I moved out is because I got a job in a different state. If i didnt - i would have stayed. Maintenance really helps you out and so does the management office. Every time I had an issue with my apartment, they came right away to fix it. I never had a problem with either and I don't know what else someone can ask for.
