After booking the repairs, the process was seamless. They kept me updated on the progress/timing over the span of 1.5 weeks and worked directly with my auto insurance regarding cost increases. I didn’t have to make a single call to a third party including the rental car service. Luchetti’s staff was knowledgable, professional and friendly. The completed work was also perfect, with no evidence of a single scratch. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service with a small shop feel. I was told they focus on quality over quantity, working on fewer vehicles at a time compared to some of the larger auto body shops in the area. The quality of their service and work proved that statement to be true.”

“I brought my Tesla Model 3 to Plymouth Tire Pros for a wheel alignment, and they delivered excellent service without raising the price just because it’s a Tesla, unlike other shops. My car only needed a toe adjustment since camber and caster aren’t adjustable. I couldn't tolerate the bs I was fed at other shops, especially Sullivan Tire. The staff at Plymouth Tire Pros was professional, answered all my questions, and respected how particular I am about my car. This was my first visit, but it won't be my last. Now, my car drives perfectly—underbody panels are back in place, the steering angle is reset, and hopefully, I'll see less tire wear (a common issue with these vehicles). Highly recommend this shop for fair pricing and quality work!”

“I was on my way to work at 5 am from Plymouth to Dedham and my engine light started blinking and my car starting puttering and losing power. Thankfully, I was near the exit to Kingston Auto. I pulled my car into the lot and left my keys on my front tire. I called an Uber to get to work planning on having to get a rental car for the commute home and the rest of my work week.I called Kingston Auto when they opened and explained what I had experienced that morning. I was told that they would look at it and get back to me. There have been times when occasionally they'll give me a box of lettuce that's about to expire.
