The girl was chill and helpful to other customers. The dude seriously climbed a latter like 5 times to help me get the vans I wanted and they're perfect. I don't know if the employees will ever see this, but if you do, you really helped me while you were working today at the Kingston mall - thanks”

“There’s no reason to shop anywhere else. I’ve been to other places for ski equipment they always fall short of my experiences at Sun and Ski. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, they’ve always been very patient with any and all questions that I have and they have been consistent for the 10 years I’ve been going to them. Over the years I’ve been very happy with the the 3 sets of skis and two snowboards I’ve purchased for myself and family. Last year I made the mistake of picking up a set of skis elsewhere on a friend’s recommendation and promise that the shop was amazing, long story short, had nothing but problems because they put me in skis that weren’t right for me. Ultimately I went to the sun and ski in North Conway and they got me in a pair that I absolutely love. Unfortunately that was after wasting $850 on skis from the other shop. Today I went to sun and ski in pembroke and as always it was a great experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have a performance guarantee. Save yourself the hassle and money and see them for anything ski/snowboard related.”

“Great service all around, I went in after doing some reading into shoes that are good for knee pain. After measuring my feet on the machine Mike came back with the shoes I was interested in and two other pairs. One of the pairs he selected that I hadn't heard of was the most comfortable thing I ever put on my feet.The woman there was also very nice, she apologized because I had to wait about 2 minutes to check out because there was another customer who got there before me, it wasn't a long wait.”
