I’ve been meaning to write this review for 4 years. In 2020 I went to purchase a 2006 CR-V here, low miles, almost no rust. This was my second 2nd gen CR-V, I love these vehicles and they’ve become increasingly hard to find in decent condition in New England. I came to check it out and were in talks to buy it when I was hospitalized for a week. They promised to hold the car until I was discharged and I got it for a great price. The car has treated me well since then, put 80,000 miles on it and still going strong. Amazing customer service.

Shawn and his father were professional and lovely to work with - absolutely no pressure and they were communicative and clear about their process. Their work was excellent, and when I took the car home, it felt brand new. I highly recommend this dealership without reservation!

I bought a 2004 Honda from Millbrook Auto Sales a few months back. They were so honest, communicative and friendly. They explained any details and the routine work they wanted to do before selling it, and were VERY flexible with my busy schedule. I’ve wanted this particular car for a while and I’m thrilled I found a reliable place to purchase one in SUCH amazing shape. The interior seriously looked untouched. I ended up driving the car cross country shortly after purchase, and it made the trip beautifully without a single issue. Thank you guys again I love my CRV!

I purchased a Porsche Macan from this dealership. After a week of owning the Porsche a check engine light appeared on the dash. I contacted Shawn the owner of Millbrook and notified him that I had a check engine light fault on the Porsche. He immediately made an appointment to have me drop off the car. Shawn fixed the car free of charge and had it back in our possession within 2 days.
Not only did we get a great deal on the SUV, we got even better service from Shawn the owner!

Sales man was very rude. I test drove a car, and when I came back to ask the man questions he told me to “hold on one sec” as he proceeded to speak with his friend on his mobile phone whilst using excessive profanity. I stood there for 5 minutes while he was on the phone. When I found problems with the car I wanted to purchase and figured out that it was being way overpriced, the salesman called me and began to yell at me on the phone saying that he was not going to fix anything. I would not recommend this establishment, unfriendly, inattentive, and unprofessional.

This place is by far the best Auto sales dealer around !My family and I have purchased several quality vehicles over the years here.We have had nothing but top notch care and service from owner Shawn and his family .I will definitely be back for vehicles in the future as my “not so little ones” hit the road !
