I had planned to send an email with my review which is not at all favorable but not finding an email address I see that this is the only way that I can leave a comment. As a new consignor I found the staff that I dealt with was extremely rude, demeaning, argumentative, confrontational and condescending.

Terrible staff. Absolutely horrible. I was standing in line for an extremely long time with my 2 year old to buy a dress. A sign on the counter clearly stated they accept cards. When it was finally my turn they decide they don't accept cards. I then go to the atm and return after wasting a half hour in their line as they take care of some lady in what seems like slow motion. On top of it all they were extremely RUDE.

Giving back to the community their story impressed me. I happily consign and donate items. The staff is very welcoming and they take extra care in selecting what they do accept. I always find something unique and will be back. I know with Covid what that struggle is for all small businesses and glad they can move forward!
