I brought our car in for an oil change and an overall assessment of needs (24 year old beauty). Their assessment was super helpful and done well, put in priority order, itemized and each recommendation included photos and their justification. This will allow us to determine what to get done first when we take the car out of storage after the winter. Thank you!”

They were flexible with my challenging schedule, upfront and honest with pricing (and incredibly reasonable), and even when they did a little more work than expected they remained at the price they had quoted me! AND there’s a 1 year warranty on the parts they fixed!! I cannot recommend Lou’s in Chelmsford enough - I received top notch customer service that was friendly and open in addition to a fixed vehicle for a reasonable price.”

I took it to Devoted Repairs and they fixed it. GREAT GUYS and GREAT SERVICE. I am so glad I found them. Best repair place around!!!”
“Jason is as down to earth as they come. I live a mile or so up the road from the shop and needed engine work - he explained to me what I needed now, what I may need down the line, and what to avoid, while looking for quotes for repairs (all at a very reasonable rate). I gave him the job, he then offered to pick me up to retrieve my car(!!!!!!!) once the job was done. All while saving money vs going to his competition. He is a unicorn in the industry and I cannot recommend him enough. Giving your automotive business elsewhere in the area is doing yourself a disservice.”

“My car wouldn’t start, the message on my dash said “service transmission” and, as anyone would, my husband and I panicked that we would need to get a whole new one. As soon as we told the guys are silver line what was going on they reassured us it most likely wasn’t that…and sure enough they were right! They serviced it quickly and found out what the issue was. It sounded like a simple fix and didn’t try to “sell” us on everything else that could be wrong with my Jeep. We had them put new tires on as well and when all was said and done we walked away without breaking the bank! We are grateful they took care of it so quickly. The only thing that held them up was waiting on the tires we ordered. We will absolutely be back for future services!”
