“I would definitely recommend Michael's for your automotive needs. I recently went here to get a state inspection. The two people working at the time were very certious and started right away. My vehicle stays in a garage all winter so I asked if they could check the tire pressure. After the inspection, they added air to all four tires. When I offered a five dollar bill for them adding air, they refused saying "it's no problem. We want you to come back". I thought this was the definition of good customer service! Caring that the customer wants to come back again and treating you in such a way that reflects it. Overall I had a very good experience here.”
“I would highly recommended this place. My passenger rear door of the car was damaged when it was backed into the garage. An estimate was requested and seen within 30 mins of the accoddnt, and the car was left at 8 am the following day. The vehicle was completed by 4 pm, and there was no sign of the previous damage. They quoted a fair price, and the final cost was even lower”
“Got all my repairs done in the past. One 1 problem I just ran into it, noticed my air filter cover wasn't on all the way, and the hose to the air intake was off. I get it was in for an oil change. But it was enough to set off my service engine. It happens. I'm not mad. I love the work they did in the past and still plan on going to them.”
