BEWARE of this dealership. Put $2500 deposit on 2024 4RUNNER with a -$2442 DEALER PRICE ADJUSTMENT on August 29, 2024. Expected delivery is September 26, 2024. Dealer removed the -$2442 price adjustment after taking my deposit and tried to charge me full MSRP. This was a dealership incentive and had nothing to do with Toyota Corp increasing interest rates on Sept 4. Also told I could NOT finance through my bank or pay cash for the vehicle. My only option was to finance THROUGH MCGEE Toyota. According to MA Law buyers can finance from the lender of their choice.(MASS.GOV website) My only option was to cancel this transaction and run VERY fast from this dealership. MA Attorney General as well as Toyota Corporation HQ will be sent all correspondence on my transaction. Please read McGEE response to my review. I NEVER said I had to finance WITH McGEE, I said I had to finance THROUGH MCGEE. As of 9/10/24 the dealership still has this 4Runner listed for sale on CAR GURUS. and CARS.COM. MSRP is listed at $50,428 and SALE price is listed at $47,856 for a savings of $2572. S/N is JTERU5JRXR6305369 and stock number is 24769. Try to buy it for that price and see what happens! Ever heard of BAIT and SWITCH !

Dudley Toyota offered a much, much lower trade-in value for my car than any other dealership i shopped at. Other dealers were all in the 26-30k range, but Dudley offered 21k.
EDIT: The premises are clean and pleasant, the salesperson seemed polite and knowledgable, and the tone of the whole experience was quite amicable. If you want to have a friendly chat with a salesperson, I would recommend this dealership. But if you want a good, competitive deal with a minimum of fuss, I would start elsewhere, because the numbers they proposed were remarkably uncompetitive.

We bought our RAV4 hybrid from Toyota McGee. We found some people were not knowledgeable about GAP claims at first; however a manager realized that we were getting very frustrated and reached out to us and offered us exceptional customer support. We appreciated the extra effort that McGee went to during this process with us. Thank you McGee!

I was dealing with some car issues.. Leaking radiator, burning smells, breakdowns etc. Berto and the team at McGee Toyota were able to get me into a new (much safer!) vehicle pretty much within the span of one week.
Great experience buying here, any questions I had were answered clearly and I definitely felt I got a clear understanding of my vehicle before I made the decision to buy. 10/10 would recommend!
