“I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus. “I can’t say enough good things! Brenda the owner is an angel - she went above and beyond when my car was totaled while traveling from out of state passing thru Mass. she gave me a hug and bags to take all my belongings in. She gave me advice all along the way which was a huge help since this has never happened to me. She treated the situation as if it were her own. Her team was so nice - they gave my 3 yr old a snack and they set us up with a rental car delivered to us! They made an awful event so sooo much better. Everything was so quick and we were back on the road within 2 hrs which is unreal! They helped take off the camping rack and held it so my father in law could travel to get it. Also mailed some small belongings I left in the car back to me. Like I said - cannot thank them enough !!!! Above and beyond service - I felt like God put her in my path for sure ❤️ Thank you Brenda and team !”

“Today, I experienced having my car repaired by an honest owner of O'Malley's Truck and Auto Body in Charlton, Ma. I had recently been told by a dealer that I needed 2 repairs done. One was that I needed an emergency break and a control arm for my left back wheel. Recently, my car passed for my yearly car sticker. And recently before I brought the car in the break was working. O'Malley's tested my vehicle and found the emergency brake was ok and did not need to be replaced. The left back control arm was also estimated by my dealer at $1500 and would take 4-5+ hrs. At O'Malley's the work was done for far less than that price and the car rides so much better and is safer to drive. I will be returning to O'Malley's for future repairs. People like O'Malley's makes the world a better place to live in and restored my faith in experiencing an honest business owner and his people. Virginia from Rutland Ma”

“I brought my car here for some repairs after an accident. Everyone in their front office was so friendly and helpful from my initial call through the entire process. They got me in quickly for my repairs and promptly followed up with me regarding additional damage to my vehicle the same day. I picked my vehicle up today, and not only does the outside look beautiful and new again, but it looks like they cleaned the inside a bit as well! They are conveniently located right next to an Enterprise as well, making for an easy rental car experience. If I unfortunately need repair work again, I will certainly return.”
“I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

“After a little over a month, I got my car back. It took so long due to parts being backordered which is totally understandable. I would suggest keeping clients/ customers updated on the status of the vehicle if the project took so long, rather than having to call and ask about it, which is what happened on my end.Other than lack of communication, Gabriel and his crew did an awesome job replacing my sunroof and detailing my car. It was super clean and loved that they were able to wash off tree sap that would not come off for months. I would let them work on my car again. Staff and Gabriel were friendly and professional.
