My fiancé and I used this towing company in the middle of a snow storm. He was able to get us out and we were grateful for that, however he hit a nearby car while trying to get us out and tore part of my fiancés frame apart. The owner of this company has since been ignoring calls from my fiancé. He told us he left his insurance information at the home of the owner of the car but he never did, he told us he went and knocked on their door to talk to them but they were home and that was a lie. Then when the owner of the car finally got in touch with him, he denied he ever hit the car. When I called him and stated “so you spoke with the owner of the car and lied about hitting the car” his response was “correct.” So disappointed, he really helped us out of a bad situation and this could have been a good experience if he chose to be honest instead of deceitful. Would not recommend using this company unless you want to involve police, insurance companies and likely go to court.Service: Local hauling

After spending 5 hours waiting for my insurance "Progressive" to locate and send a tow truck to where my vehicles tire decided to give out, I chose to call around and check prices of local tow companies (I was only 10 minutes from my home), just to get a price quote. The first person I called was American Bulldog. Although the price was fair it was a little too steep for my pockets at this time. After explaining that I have been waiting FOREVER for my insurance to find me a tow truck and that the nearest service was another 3 hours away, Jay decided to deal with my insurance company and got the job to take my car to my home. It took 15 minutes. Thanks Jay! You did a thing today! My wife and I are grateful for your service. We would have been out there a whole 8 hours if it wasn't for you.Service: Car towing

I got a flat tire on my way home from work at 12AM. After waiting for roadside assistance to get a tow company out, I decided to look on my own and found American Bulldog Towing. They were great! Very professional! They took care of my car. I didn't have to worry. They were quick too. Great customer service! Pricing was fair. I highly recommend this company.
