As a family, we have been here over 30 years. Individually, I’ve had this bank over 15 years, since my first job. I love that since coming here, everything has been seamless. Big shoutout to Denise Gretchen Meg for all of your service over the years. Also grateful for Melanie and the two newer employees( don’t know your names sorry) anything I need this bank is here for me and my family. Thank you for great service everyone.

I wouldn’t recommend this bank. They constantly send me advertisements to open an account and after a few I decided to try them out. As a loca bank and they offered some decent benefits in my point of view.After applying online for a checking account said pending approval I was impatient and called them.First contact was really hard to since they not big and there aren’t many people available to help. They said I had something on my credit from a credit union in CA I used to bank with for 160 bucks and there fire they can open an account. I got my credit report and notice there wasn’t anything on it plus my credit score was on high 700’s.My takeaway from this is this is a very selective bank, unless you trying to get your self some headache I recommend you just going to a credit union. Also the person that spoke to me on the phone who’s responsible for the account openings was extremely rude and didn’t care about my business at all.They keep sending me advertisements by mail which is pretty annoying. They should stop I’m out. I bank with DCU now they didn’t screen me like there’s people did.Stay away bad business.

If you care about timely mobile deposits for your business or online banking, look literally anywhere else. Every couple of weeks, their website just decides to boot your devices out and not let you break back into your own account without contacting them by phone during their business hours (when you’re using the correct information/password). Their advice is usually “delete the cookies” like it’s 1997 and when you do, still nothing works and they have to reset your account manually. This bank has a long way to go to match any other competitors in the 21st century. Been meaning to for a long time and just didn’t want to deal with the hassle, but canceling this account asap
