They are absolute scammers because I’m a quality control associate for a private company and my shipments were already pre covered by my company, they still charged me 4 dollars each package I’ll never step foot in this store I wouldn’t even recommend my worst enemy to go their because the day after I went to the ups store in salem and they charged me no money there really is heartless people and the guy was really rude do not come to this store!!!
P.S you guys should fire the elder Indian guy if you still want customers!!

Rudest people I have ever encountered. They see dollar signs the minute the customer walks in the door…money for a box, money for tape on and on. Their attitude is what really disgusts me. They are condescending and have no respect for their customers.

I came home to a slip telling me my package was at the UPS store on Lakeview Avenue in Dracut. I went there and didn’t know where the entrance was. I called, and they hung up on me. I called again and they let it go to voicemail. I had to wait outside until somebody with packages went in. How am I supposed to know it’s in a liquor store? There are no signs.

Total crook. Paid to send my daughter a letter with her credit card overnight. Took over three weeks to get there and when I came back to complain, he made me feel like I was crazy and we did something wrong. Would not recommend this place to anybody he should be shut down

Very rude. Brought pkg. In to be sent out to sender. Not my name, I asked for a receipt & that Indian person refused. He should of given me a receipt. UPS came today looking for that package. Idiot!!!

Worst service I have ever seen in a ups location so far. The elder Indian looking associate is extremely rude. He did try to cut my package open without even asking or giving a heads up. When I ask for information he seemed to got mad and increase his voice at me.Not a proper way of communicating and attempting business.Ups should keep better standard when it comes to using its name.
