Moved to the area about four months ago. Nine x out of 10 they can’t help me. Or don’t know. I feel the man who is in charge is very cold. I Went in today and ended up buying a power strip. I said to the man I needed a longer power strip to reach its destination. That was why I was buying a new one. The man didn’t engage and didn’t bother to tell me I was buying the wrong power strip. I feel like if he was paying attention or showed the least bit interest. He would’ve noticed I was buying a 3 foot power strip instead of something longer and maybe would’ve told me. Yeah I know it’s not his job to show an interest in what his customers buy but where is the customer service? Any other hardware store would’ve said oh well this is only 3 feet are you sure that’s what you’re looking for? I just feel like every time I go in that store They are very cold and unfriendly.

Best hardware store in the area with almost everything for home, fitting, plumbing and construction needs. Owners and the staff are really friendly in helping with their services.

My cart for hauling softball gear broke on the hottest weekend at a tournament in Dracut. I found Kenwood Ace Hardware close by and asked for help. The manager Dan not only took the time to find what I needed he repaired it himself. For 29 cents. I wish I'd had time to look around but I had a game to get to so I grabbed some cold drinks (good selection and price too). I highly recommend stopping by this store. You'll find things you need great value and excellent service.

For a small store they have everything you're going to need..Good location. You may pay a little more on some things but the convenience and the fact that if you need something your not having to track it down in a huge department store where you probably won't get any help..Last couple times I was there the guys were totally helpful and knowledgeable..I'm glad I live nearby.

I have been shopping here for many years. The employees are knowledgeable helpful, and kind. The store may look small on the outside, but it has a terrific variety of products from paint and caulk to insulation, plumbing, bird seed, electrical, household, and more. AND you don't have to walk a mile like in the big stores. This is a really great place@

Usualy a great place..but when they tell you they havr something and clear you to come in the lock the doors and hide away in the back after i arrive is not a great way to bussiness with your local clientele

Great hardware store. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, I also appreciate the fact they wont harass you for not wearing a mask if you choose. if you cant handle that then go to communist home depot or some other place. ill never stop using this store as my primary hardware stop. keep up the good work gents, and know that there are regular people that still appreciate and support this store!
