“Fantastic service (!) for our first two experiences with Sport Loft in Chelmsford MA. The first when I rented skis for my 2 grandchildren. Just excellent and friendly service and very good value. the second whe my wife and I went in with our ski gear to get it checked out. They basically adjusted the fittings on on ski boots, heated the lining of my ski boots for a new custom fit and rewaxed our skis at ZERO cost!! At the same time everyone was so friendly. This is he BEST ski shop I have ever dealt with !!”

Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. They have a large selection of all things Sports. Don't worry about customer service when none of our kids want to work these days like we used to back in the day. Dick's like all retail stores do the best they can. People need to be kinder and more patient. :-)”
