“Sport Loft comes through in the clutch! We made plans at the last minute to go skiing last weekend. The mountain didn't have any rentals and we tried several stores locally with no luck. We gave Sport Loft in Chelmsford a call and they made a special effort late in the day on Friday to get us a pair of skis, boots and poles for my niece. Will and Jen were eager to help and their teammate Tim traveled over from the Acton store to get the bindings fitted. Super impressed. Called back today and they kindly converted the short term rental to a seasonal rental. Wish more stores gave this kind of service.”

Lids runs a 50% rate (for me) of someone knowing how to embroider a hat and do it well.On this occasion, assistant manager/Josh gave stellar service, not just to me but all his customers during a busy holiday season. He balanced the store operation so well with a cool and calm and respectful demeanor. The machine messed up another customers hat and Josh was able to diffuse any potential unpleasantness by articulating the solution so well.Above all, he worked with me closely and my hat came out perfect. “Three years ago they put six names on our original Christening Gown slip that is now 36 years old for our children and three grandchildren in their old location. “Nothing wrong with the store or employees. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. BUT......I really wish they sold more Jordans. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”

“5 stars for Bob and his shop. I will be back. Not only is this is a one stop shop, but if something's broken, he won't put it on the shelf. He only sells good stuff and doesn't try to rip you off either. Bob spent 45 minutes helping me find the perfect snowboard and boots that fit my needs and my budget. His trade-in for lacrosse equipment was also fair and provided me a nice discount towards my purchase. Next time we need something, we'll start here.”
