“We met Jodie in person about a month ago as she was walking through the hallway while we were in our storage unit and she was very nice. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. She is awesome, she made our time of hardship and sadness much better. She is very sweet and definitely went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jodie so much!!!!”
