Great sales, helpful clientele, great selection, orders are completed very quickly, The website is slightly difficult to navigate to find what I'm looking for but overall I do eventually find what I'm looking for. Definitely worth going back again and again.

This usually is my go-to dispensary. I never had issues with them until my most recent order. I placed an order to take advantage of the black Friday deal. They did not have one of the strains I ordered when I went to pick it up, but that was fine as I picked another. To my surprise when I got home, I opened one of the 3.5G containers only to find a single small nub in the container. I did not receive the amount of flower that I have paid for. Never had this problem before, I truly hope it does not happen again.

The service at this place is what stands out. The “bud tenders” here are truly ambassadors for marijuana users and always have tons of info on their products. I have been buying edibles for a family member dealing with cancer. Papa Ron, on one of my visits gave me the suggestion of using products with CBG and explained the benefits for pain management. Thanks Papa Ron! On my most recent visit, there was a shortage on one of my selected items. Jacob, my bud tender on this visit was quick to offer substitutions and my order was filled straight away. Prices are on par or better than other dispensaries in the area. Sales all the time. Rise!

I have been coming to Rise in dracut since before when it was called Greenstar Herbals! This company has been the best of all dispensaries I’ve gone to in the Massachusetts area and have treated me with a smile and warmth every-time I enter! Some great workers like Rummy and many more are always looking out for you and making sure you leave with everything you need and want! I’d recommend no other spot than any rise location! Definitely my favorites ?

I have only gone there twice and received the correct order I made. It’s always something going on. They do a lot of false advertising. They’ve only agreed to make it right once out of like 6/7 times of playing mind games!

Went in Yesterday and picked up a treat for myself only to find out when I got home that the vape cartridge was leaking. So I called and explained everything and I happened to have gotten the manager on the phone when I called his name is Andrew. ANDREW was mad for me and was happy to help me with how they can help make it better. So I went back in today and yay Andrew was there and was amazing and so helpful and again so bummed for me that I had ro make a second trip in less than 24hrs. So he got me a new cartridge and made sure that it wasn't broken and worked before I left so I didn't have to come back till I was ready for more. And on the way out he gave me a gift for my troubles and I was already happy with getting a new cartridge. I was floored with the gift. I will continue to come back again and again. Thank you Andrew for such stellar service you definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and it was the easiest exchange I've ever done. Thanks Again for Your Help And The way you Treated me and made my day. I'll definitely be Back .

Huge selection, staff is super nice. Nick helped me when I was there and offered suggestions for an out of stock item. Self-serve kiosks were easy to use and made the experience quicker. They also have dedicated employees fulfilling your order so the line doesn't get too long. The whole experience was quick and painless, and staff was very willing to offer their opinions and suggestions on items they'd tried.
