For a shop that advertises great embroidery craftsmanship and years of experience, they won’t take on a custom job especially with their “superior turnaround time”. I’ll just take my money somewhere else.

My husband had a sweatshirt made for our wedding, and Dracut threads executed it perfectly! He took the picture of what we were hoping to have done, (my new last name on the collar, and our wedding date on the sleeve cuff), and Ann made it happen. Not only did she make the sweatshirt exactly the way I wanted, she was able to have it done in a super short time period so that I could wear it my wedding night. Thank you so much, Ann! I am so grateful.

Ann and Rich are AMAZING! They were so accommodating and flexible to all of my requests. They were always quick to respond to all my questions and truly went above and beyond to provide the best products and meet my timeframe, even with last minute changes. I'm so glad I discovered this gift shop. They carry a wide array of products; I was able to get holiday gifts for my boyfriend, my son, my son's teachers, a high school friend, and even something for me. They have products representing the local area and the owner indicated that they'll be changing up their inventory seasonally. Can't wait to support this small business again!

I ordered logo t-shirts for my business and they came out great. Ann and Rick offered the total package from helping us design a good looking shirt to perfect printing. Communication was very clear and easy which is important to me. They have a great selection of shirts to print on, every color you can think of in multiple cottons. The prices are great for the quality of product and services you get.

Looking for a small local business to support during COVID? This is the place. Store has a gift shop, great place to buy Christmas gifts for family. Bought Dracut hoodies and pajama pants for family. They have cute wooden signs for front door and Santa lawn sign. Bonus Santa lawn signs are 10 bucks and $4 goes to Dracut food bank. Really cute stuff, stop buy and support your community!

I strongly recommend Dracut Threads. The customer service was amazing. Ann and her husband was very helpful. They even went above and beyond with our logo. It came out perfect! The price was more than fair. I am definitely going to be doing all my custom shirts and sweaters here.

My club ordered tank tops from Dracut Threads in 2019. They did not use the University’s official trademarked logo. For the 2020 season, we went to Carbon Colors and had a great experience. She used the correct logo and sent us proofs before printing. The price was cheaper at Carbon Colors and we were treated with respect. When Carbon Colors posted our tank tops online, Dracut Threads emailed my team and asked if we were going to reorder. We kindly responded no. Dracut Threads then asked why we went with carbon colors and told us her daughter saw a post on their Facebook from March 9th. Ann called us out for not using her company. Very unprofessional.

We own a plumbing business in Dracut. We have been going to Dracut Threads since they first opened. Ann, Rich and Ashley are extremely friendly and ALWAYS accommodate our time frame for our items. They are a family owned business and treat everyone with respect and are always willing to help out. We have had screen printing and embroidering and have loved every item. They also have an awesome retail shop!! Products are high quality and I can say that from experience because of the beating our employees clothes take.
