Thank you Jerry Epstein for your assistance with my recent purchase of an LG washer and dryer. I appreciate your help with tracking down the additional parts I needed and coordinating the delivery of the washer, and the dryer that’s on back order. The washing machine was delivered today on time as scheduled. I was impressed that the delivery techs were already well informed about the details of the upcoming dryer delivery. Great service!

We purchased a GE electric stove in October, 2023. Salesman was very helpful. Delivery team was very efficient and helpful, Service department was very responsive when we found a cosmetic defect on the stove and it had to be replaced. We highly recommend Dracut appliance!

We needed to have help to remove the bottom freezer shelving to clean bottom draw area. One call to the Service Dept and Kyle handled our request. Michael the technician showed up next day. With the right tools and knowledge Michael removed the freezer door and draws and my husband wiped the area clean. Thank you Kyle and Michael we so appreciated your promptness. ED
