We were referred to Diane from my wife's coworker and she helped us sell our house and buy our dream home. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. During the sale she recommended a competitive starting price, which received 20 plus offers. We accepted an offer above asking price, and we were excited about the search for our dream home. She was very responsive through our house search. She always helped us see the pros and cons of all the houses we saw and really knew what things to look for. When it came time to make an offer she thought outside the box and I believe that helped us edge out the competition. She also recommended our loan officer to us who was also very good to work with. We give 5 stars and would highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Diane! If you’re looking for a real estate agent, seriously, stop looking. Use Diane.I came to know Diane in 2019 when my mom was looking for houses. When my husband and I started looking in 2020 it wasn’t even a question of who our agent would be. Diane worked with us for years to find our perfect home. She went above and beyond going to showing after showing (of some pretty horrible properties let me say) with us. Any time and any day of the week she was there. She gave us advice about being homeowners and always told us about potential red flags in properties even when it meant we wouldn’t put in an offer because of it. Diane ALWAYS put us first.One of the only reasons we landed the home we are in now is because of the connections Diane has to people in the business. It’s true what they say about the importance of networking. We worked with a credit union for the first two years we were trying to buy and we never got our offers accepted. With this property we own now we used a mortgage company Diane recommended and our offer was accepted. The whole process was pain free and we are beyond happy. Diane never pushed anything on us ever but she was there to always gently suggest things to land us our dream home. And you know what - we should have listened to her sooner.If you want an agent who cares about what you value - that’s Diane. If you want someone who will go into questionable properties and give you advice about what it would be like to own that home - that’s Diane. She’s funny, hardworking, down to earth, and reliable. My husband and I owe her a great deal and we’re very thankful she was on our team throughout this experience. She’s the real deal. Stop looking for someone else and just call Diane.

I just want to start of by saying Diane is the sweetest person ever. She only has your best interest in mind when helping you find your dream home. My first experience with Diane was a few years ago when my parents first bought there home and now a few years later she helped me find my first home! She was very helpful with the whole process and was very transparent about everything. She was available 24/7 with questions and always took my calls. Diane is an awesome person to work with and I look forward to working with her again in the future!

I can't sing enough praise for Diane. She was a pleasure to have on my first home purchase. I appreciate how she didn't sugarcoat properties to get a quick sale and how she even pointed out things wrong with properties to make sure I was knowledgeable when making decisions. She had good advice when I asked for it and helped me set realistic expectations. She was extremely fast to respond to my emails and texts. It felt like she was always available for a showing or got someone to go in her stead if she wasn't. When I did the final walk-through, she even helped me take some of the junk that the seller left behind to the dumpster. Strongly reccommended.
