I live in Massachusetts I have been on ozempic for my diabetes for a long time now.I went on it when it first came out.I felt like a guinea pig at that time. It has been great my a1c has gone down.I never a problem getting it filled.The last 3 months I have had to drive to out of the way places because my cvs pharmacy never seems to have it. I am now waiting to have my ozempic filled. I was due to take it 6 days ago and called 2 weeks ago to have it ordered.I am disgusted I am 65 and very unhappy.

In and out at pharmacy. Drive thru had 6 cars before me. No one in line at store. Seriously 5 min. ♡ sometimes it is more efficient to get out of car speak with a human and leave store. Lol

I went in to pick up a prescription and put some money on my PayPal card.I went to the pharmacy and after 5 minutes standing in line, they gave me the wrong prescription! Next, I had to wait at the drop off counter to be helped. Then, I was told that, after having called earlier in the week to find out that they had marked my prescription as picked and I had to call my insurance company and have them call the store to reset the pick; they had put it back again! When I told the woman this, she gave me a dirty look and snidely said "OK". Then, I had to wait for her to fill it. So, I went up front to take care of the money situation.When I got up there, I saw there was an elderly gentleman at the counter and I had already had enough rudeness and waiting so, I asked a woman I saw working in the aisle if the man at the counter was going to know how to complete that transaction. This woman gave me a face as if I had just slapped her and with the rudest of tones said \"Of course, he's the manager\". I was appalled by her reaction! NO pleasantness at all!\THEN, I when it was my turn at the register I ended up getting helped by Catherine. Though she did her best this transaction took over 10 minutes to complete because your system made her do it twice.Aside from Catherine, everyone was rude and made faces and spoke to me in a condescending manner.This on top of the high prices, poor service and outright rudeness of your employees, enough for me to NEVER go into your store again!

This is the third time I have gone through the drive thru and the person has been so rude. Yesterday was the worse as the kid was putting down the phone as I was speaking (multiple times). So rude!!

A bit pricey, usually go to Walmart for health and beauty aids. Only used CVS for Rx. The pharmacy is good and open alot more hours than other places.

Typical CVS... but worse. All CVS locations are bad,but this one is awful. Terrible wait times are the main issue. Some of the workers here are amazing, and have helped my dad who barely speaks english a lot. Others are ridiculously rude.Case in point, had a kid in the drive through who had amazing manners, super polite, and answered my questions. Next day, other kid was legit using her phone while ringing me out, and clearly sending snapchats.I call this store and I've spoken to 2 pharmacists. 1 was polite, extremely helpful,and I had nothing but a great experience. Other one was super rude, and when I asked questions , which granted I knew the answer too just to verify, she talked to me like I was a complete idiot which nobody should ever do.Same with when my sister had a vaccine appointment. Older lady was amazingly sweet and helpful, but the younger lady barely said anything and gave her weird looks. Apparently this younger lady 10 minutes later had screamed to a customer about a coupon issue for no reason when the lady wasn't even aggressive and the other worker was super nice, and CVS coupons can be confusing.Case in point, this store is a 50/50 and you never know what you are going to get which it should not be.If I was CVS Corporate, better training would be the way to start cuz this pharmacy clearly needs it.

The manager of the Drake storm was absolutely impossible wouldn't even tell me his name I purchased an item the girl never put ask me for the discount's then she couldn't get it on the Back on the screen so I said wow these are on sale for 20 something dollars instead of 30 and I bought 3 of them so Refuse to give me the difference even though I would return it and revise them with the phone number they still would not do ithe manager told me to go ask the girl the worker for the money because it was her mistake very unprofessional and ridiculous again Lakeview ave Drake it Massachusetts store

Other than pharmacy issues the new management is very respectful and the sales associates are incredibly helpful and nice. One of the workers seems to call you “Honey” and “Baby” and it feels like she’s trying to put you down and it’s insulting. Other than her all the staff there are incredibly helpful. Jacen helps me every time I’m there and helps me with my coupons.
