Between there always being issues with the check in kiosk. Wait times, and poor service it’s amazing to me that this place is still in business. Do yourself a favor go to one of the hospitals in the area. You aren’t saving time by coming here.

All they’ll do is tell you to take some tylenol. I went in with a throat swelling issue and recovering from heat exhaustion and asked for an IV, only to be told “You seem fine.” If you can avoid this place, please do so. You will not be properly attended to because they don’t like doing their jobs.

My goodness they’ll see you after 4hrs you’re better off going to the ER because there’s no difference! I thought it’s supposed to be urgent care ??♀️ horrible experience the 3times I’ve been there.

I only ever look for care when I’m in the area but after last night I’m just over it. I had a nurse practitioner J. Kelly & she was very uncaring. I went in with Braxton hicks, really bad pain in my thighs & Covid symptoms. I tested positive. She came in to tell me the results but was very insensitive despite that I was also 38weeks pregnant, worried about me and baby & asthmatic. She just stood there and was like “there’s nothing you can do, you already have it.” I had so many concerns & just wanted to know if there’s anything I can do to feel better or keep an eye out on anything that could be a red flag but instead She just stood there & hit me with those words - “there’s nothing you can do, you already have it”, literally very insensitive & cold. Not what I needed to hear nor in her tone, very very insensitive. I would have appreciated more positivity or mention worse symptoms that I might need to look out for.

Made a same day appointment online for an x-ray. Showed up and was told rudely their x-ray machine was broken. When I mentioned it would be helpful if it said that on the website I was told "the website is separate and we don't have anything to do with it". Clearly this is a company that doesn't care about their customers. The receptionist was irritated with my questions about where else I could go. I was clearly in pain and could barely move. There was no warmth or compassion. I will not be returning.

I have been to Circle Health for a variety of reasons. I have not waited very long, been treated respectfully and professionally. I appreciate the ability to get blood draws before my appointments in Milford and Boston- saves a lot of waiting time. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a quick health assessment. I have yet to meet my primary care doctor - takes weeks to get an appointment.

I would not even give one star. Receptionists are quick to call you up to check you in and then do not put paperwork in order of time time arrived. When you ask how much longer because people are being called out of order for blood work, you get an attitude as if you’re bothering their personal conversations. They then sit behind the desk and talk about you as if you don’t hear them.I will say Elizabeth the tech who took my sons blood, was apologetic and friendly.Receptionists need some training in customer service.

Appointments mean nothing. A two hour wait past appointment time isn't "running behind", it's mismanagement.

The registration person was terrible , she couldn’t find the order and I had called 3 times to make sure it was ready! She was sending us away when her coworker found it , thank god!The nurse Donna was excellent!! And the very first person outside before you go in was also incredibly sweet and nice but overall , avoid this place if you can help it!

Had to go w my 4 yo for pre-op testing and everyone was amazing here on a Sunday morning! Thank you for your speediness and kindness from all staff (and all the stickers)! It was very much appreciated!

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Receptionist talks over you and is not courteous. They kept transferring me from one person to another then placed me on hold for 20 minutes with Urgent CARE. awful service
