This saloon is over priced and all they care about is making money. When my daughter started going there she had long thick beautiful hair. Now she has over processed dead uneven hair. If the hairdresser was decent she would refuse to color her hair. Instead they color it and con her into using protein and scalp treatments. Once your hair is dead there is no repairing it. It needs a break from too much coloring. Any decent hairdresser would refuse to color it.

Danielle did such an amazing job with my hair I loved it so much. The whole salon was so welcoming and accommodating. It was my first time and definitely not my last! She was very helpful and made me feel so confident with my new cut and style. Highly recommend!!

this is in response to Danielle's post after reading my review. I was abdolutely singled out for price increase on the day of my visit. I was taken into back room to be told my price for color was increasing. I was told $10.00 not $5.00. also there were 3 other color customers there that day and not 1 was taken into back room to be informed of price increase. if it was an increase across the board most salons pist a sign for all to see. Saying I was no dunked out is BS. Own up!!!!

I've been going to C'est Chic since 2019 when I found them, and I refuse to go anywhere else! I've moved out of town, but I still drive an hour just to see Makayla. My hair wows me every time because she really listens to what you are looking for and does such a great job explaining everything. I'm always excited for my appointments because not only is Makayla amazing, but the entire staff makes you feel so special and cared for. They are truly all so much fun to be around. Do yourself a favor and book with these gems!!

I started going to C’est Chic back in September and ever since then I have loved my experience every time. It is a very clean, neat, and friendly salon. I personally go to Makayla when booking all of my appointments and she is absolutely lovely and never ever fails to disappoint. Cassie, Kelly, and Danielle are all wonderful as well and every single one of them are very talented. All of the girls create such a warm and nice environment and make you feel so comfortable when you’re there. It’s safe to say that I have found my go to salon.

The salon is located on Bridge St in Dracut. Once you enter you are warmly greeted by the friendly staff. There are times it is a busy bustling salon with excitement all around. You can feel the enthusiasm and friendships without the senses of being cliquing. One thing that stands out to me is the overwhelming sense of positivity. Women helping women feel empowered, brining eachother up, and feeling pretty. The sylists are very knowledgeable about products,without pressue to buy, hair types, color, and styles. They are up to date on new techniques.
All of the stylists are wonderful. My personal favorite is Cassie. She is a friendly, upbeat and talented stylist.
She always makes great suggestions and does a great job on my hair.
There is a quote on the wall of the salon by Van Gogh " What is done in love is done well". This is a perfect way to describe the salon. I would highly recommend C'est Chic for your beauty needs!
P.S- they offer a great selection of water, sparking water, coffee, tea and snacks. :)

Ces' Chic is a top notch salon with a team of talented, professional and welcoming people. Starting with my girl "Cassie" right up to Danielle, the owner, who is also a stylist. I walked in after making an appointment with Cassie, and by the way, had not had my hair done in quite awhile. I am 62 yrs. young and mind you, Cassie is a young 20 yrs. something girl talented beyond her years I must say, no I am not her mother or her grandmother. I try to explain what I am looking for her to do, and by some amazing osmosis she knows what I am talking about and is able to execute it and get results even again, beyond what I thought possible!!!!!!!!!!! Being a 62 year old my hair is gray and course, with the right color, cut/style and product suggestions I am able to say I leave there, besides being beyond satisfied with the results, I feel like it's been a spa day, in the sense that as soon as you walk in you are offered a drink from a cup of quality coffee to bottled water and a snack. Ces' Chic has at the same time a high-end quality of service with a local down-to-earth people oriented touch!!!!!!!
One last thing that I just wanted to mention, when I'm sitting in the chair watching everyone coming in and out, the majority of the people, if not all of them coming in, have beautiful hair, the cut/style, you can tell they've been there already!!!!!

I didn't really like how my hair looks like after the haircut. I requested for a layer cut but it ended up looking straight cut. Vibe is okay.

I’ve been going to C’est Chic for about 10 years now. I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Danielle always performs to the highest standards and best interest of the client! Everyone is always so polite and professional but at the same time down to earth and just all around it’s a great atmosphere. My hair comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend C’est Chic!
