When we were in the process of moving into our new home recently we had to rent an apartment for almost a year. A Lowell Storage had the best prices and was very clean and safe. Tony, Mike and Laura were very helpful every time stopped in. We always had a pleasant experience. Highly recommended and we'd give them 10 stars if we could!!

Clean, affordable and convenient. Access hours are limited, but that's never been an issue for me.

So rude and unprofessional. I got yelled at by an older grumpy man working there. He aggressively screamed "HEY" about eight times at me while walking to my storage unit because "I went the wrong way" and didn't use the steel flat bed provided for carrying MY stuff (I only had 1 item). He kept motioning me to come closer to him with his hand so he could yell at me even closer. I felt super unsafe as a young woman alone in that place.

The place itself isn't that bad. Although the hours are kind of a joke for a storage facility. But Mike is one of the rudest and most miserable people I've had the displeasure of crossing paths with recently. It blows my mind that the company allows someone like him to deal with people on a daily basis. And no, I never worked here in the past, and never stole anything. Do yourself a favor and use the storage facility across the street, called Life Storage.

We have recently closed are unit in this establishment... although the prices were fair and the places was clean, the hours were absolutely horrible.. they closed at 6 during the week so if you were going to try and get in you had to rush to get there and there wasnt any time to make a second trip to the unit... and the weekend the prime time for moving they would be open half a day and if you were lucky they would be there the entire time on sundays...I would have closed it months ago if I could have gotten In to get my stuff out

I've had a very good experience with them all & the prices are fair & the staff are totally respectful & explain the whole / rent a storage bin. Please Note: I had a storage space across the street @ Bob's Storage & within two months, we had animals tearing up our furniture & the owners & staff did nothing about this issue & didn't bother contacting us back for restitution @ all.
