We hired Nutop to design, manufacture, and install a build-in for our family room three years ago. We have never been satisfied with the doors, which are supposed to open and slide back into the unit on either side of the television. The hardware for these doors are bad. They have consistently come loose and the doors have scraped along the base where the television is positioned.Every time I call Nutop to inquire about fixing the doors we get the runaround. We've ended several phone calls with the impression that a solution is coming soon, however, nothing happens.This is why we are writing this review. It will stay here until the the problem is fixed to our satisfaction.Posted on April 11, 2016.
