Never had any issues w this draw site. After reading negative reviews people need to understand the tech drawing your blood is IN NO WAY responsible for getting you your test results. They only take the samples and send them to the lab(s) where the testing is done. They CANNOT access your results.
The Douglas site CLEARLY states they don’t do drug testing. When writing negative reviews be sure the criticism is directed at the corporation NOT the tech. I will of course agree professionalism should ALWAYS be present.

I am very disappointed in the service I received at Quest in Douglas. The results were impossible to get. My PCP never received them and the doctor at Mass General in Boston, requesting the lab work never received it either. When I tried calling the lab to find out why no one received the results, I just got the run around, sending me to the PCP, who never got them and having no opportunity to speak to a live person to get answers. The lack of efficiency was both frustrating and disappointing to me and I will never recommend to anyone that they use Quest Labs in Douglas, no matter how convenient it is to go there, as the lab is close enough to my home that I could walk. VERY bad exerience!!!

Made a drug screening appointment via phone and it set me up here in the Douglas location. The person at this location could not be bothered and unwelcoming. She stated they don’t do drug screenings at this location, even though the phone number set me up here for 11:40am. When I asked the person, who WORKS for Quest, where should I go or who should I contact and she said she has no idea who to talk to or call? Very unprofessional

the lady working there was unimaginably rude, super unhelpful, and treated me like vermin. I will never go back to quest for anything.

I had a 7:40 A.M. appointment to get blood work done as ordered by My physician. I usually go to Reliant Medical in Auburn or Webster. Then I learned that I could go to Quest Diagnostics in Douglas, where I live. I arrived at 7:25 A.M. & it looked like the place was closed. I tried the handle on the door & found it locked. I didn't knock or bang on the door. Suddenly the door opened & a young female rudely chastized Me, stating "Can't You see that My hours are posted?" I replied, "Yes, & it indicates that You open at 7:30 A.M. It's now 7:30 A.M.!" She just wouldn't "let it go", & as I entered the room She had to add a comment "I usually don't take clients until 7:40 A.M." REALLY?! Sorry to inconvenience You, Little Ms. Attitude! She was obviously quite perturbed that I had the audacity to "bother" Her, even though there were no other clients there at this time! This was My first (and LAST) time that I'll use Quest Diagnostics, and I'll bad mouth this company 'til I take My last dying breath. I'd prefer to travel to Webster or Auburn where I'll be treated with courtesy. Where DO they find these people?! If She hates Her job this much She might consider working at Walmart. I just pray that She doesn't get a position where She'll have to interact with the customers!

I had an appointment at this office at 8:30 this morning. Nobody bothered to contact me to tell me that the office was closed. I called Customer Service and they just told me I was out of luck. They had no idea why the office was closed or why I couldn’t get in. What a bunch of useless people answering the phone. They sent me an email an hour after my appointment time which was useless. It wasn’t for the nice woman at the Sutton office, I would not have gotten my blood drawn today. I was fasting so this was a problem.

The girl that takes care of me every time is Jenny she is amazing never feel her taking blood she has a great personality and is so kind
