Neat forest, with hike-able trails. Douglas state forest is home to one of the 36 dry-land US state tripoints MA-CT-RI which is accessible through a short walk along a slightly rocky trail.

I love this place off-season. It can be amazingly quiet here.

The park is beautiful clean and beautiful the lake crystal clear. I had my dog with me.
