I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Yale Appliance. The entire experience was excellent. The sales person, Mark Bennett, was terrific and I actually bought this over the phone.
I was kept up-to-date about the delivery through text messages and it even said where the truck was in my neighborhood.
The delivery team of Gerlin, Johnny and Manuel got to work right away and were very efficient and respectful of my property. They moved the old set out and the new set in.

Had good experiences with these guys. The one time there was a mistake they handled it well. And shout out to Josh Hall who was once of the better onsite techs I've ever dealt with. Solid guy and knows his stuff.

I love everything about Yale, from the showroom to the salesperson Nick Downing! This is my second time working with Yale, I previously purchased a dishwasher and my lastest purchase was an LG french door refrigerator. Delivery was on time and I was updated when the truck was 15 mins away. The delivery team of Gerlin and Johnny Veliz along with Manuel Sequen (Truck #10)were friendly, professional and delivered the appliance to my 3rd floor walkup condo in perfect condition. The delivery also included the removal of my old refrigerator. A plus as always!!!!

My Service Technician Josh was the man. Went way above and beyond in his efforts to diagnose and fix the issues with the dishwasher and garbage disposal in my apartment. Friendly, thorough, and very helpful. Cannot thank him enough!

I visited the store to look for a new washer and dryer and was instructed by the front desk to wait for five to ten minutes. After half an hour with no assistance, I noticed a sales associate helping a new customer who just walked in. When I approached the front desk again, the lady sent someone to assist me. Unfortunately, the associate, who seemed to be the store manager (a middle aged Asian lady), was quite rude and unhelpful. She provided perfunctory information and didn’t try to address my questions. I found her to be quite inpatient. I would not recommend this store.

I have never had such a painless appliance-buying experience. Every step of the way, Yale was efficient, pleasant, and communicative. One week after I ordered my out-of-stock Speed Queen washer, it has been delivered and installed. Delivery guys were super nice and helpful and really knew what they were doing. In and out in 20 minutes, taking the old washer with them! I highly recommend Yale Appliance!

Repeat customer with Danny Nguyen, who is knowledgeable and trustworthy in the show room. Today, I had a truly exceptional delivery with Gerlin’s delivery team (Gerlin, Johnny, Manuel). They brought an oven up and down a tight stairwell (three stories!) without even brushing the wall. Install team was flawless as well.
