I had an issue with the replacements battery for an iPhone 7 Plus they installed , and they rectified the situation. They stood behind their work. I would go back for sure.

I have to give credit where credit is due. It has been on my mind to write this review for the longest but today I made time! I went to the Willy wireless located on Hyde Park ave after reading a handful of reviews. I figured from the reviews that they were inexpensive and that was just about all I needed. When I went in to get my iPad 7th generation screen replaced the price was reasonably fair, got it done and that was that. However that’s not what led me to this review, it’s the great customer service I received from Massiel! After I received my iPad that same day it wasn’t working how it was suppose to, there was lag with the pencil and I write on this thing a lot! So I went back to the store in Hyde Park and the rep told me that they would send it to the store in Dorchester which in where it was fixed the first time. I’m like sure no problem. When I went to pick it up Massiel was so sweet and funny (as mentioned in previous reviews) she allowed me to check the iPad and again I left went home thinking that it was alright.. it wasn’t! Lol. I ended up calling her letting her know that it was still lagging despite us checking it at the store. Instead of being frustrated with me she was so patient. She decided to reach out to a different vender and made sure that this particular replacement screen was compatible with my Apple Pencil. Came back a third time to drop it off and as the saying goes, “Third times the charm!”Again I appreciate Massiel and her patience, she even stated that she purchased another screen from a different vender just in case this one just so happen to give me trouble! We truly need more people like her in this world. Thank you for the amazing customer service Willy Wireless, thank Massiel!

Massiel is amazing never a bad experience with her.She always always solves my solutions with my phones.She goes above and beyond.And very very friendly.I by pass so many stores just to get to this location and I’m in Hyde Park area.Great employee you have.Kudos for Massiel.Trying to post a review I know nothing about posting a new one I had another visit today because my phone was completely done.But of course my girl always always make me feel a 100 percent better when I leave.Friendly helpful and the best in town.I promise you visit this store you won’t be disappointed at all.
