After being told by FedEx my package was delivered, I went to get it in person and I proceeded to watch a worker carelessly check packages for 10 minutes until she gave up and handed it over to someone else. The package was incorrectly marked as delivered. 2 weeks later, I was sent a FedEx notification for its actual (very late) delivery. I called Walgreens to check the status of the package and request an extended hold since I was now unable to pick it up. I was on hold for 40 MINUTES until I finally got a response from a worker who then proceeded to put me back on hold to "get someone else to deal with it." On hold again for another 10 minutes until the call just ended. Called again, hold for 5 minutes, call ended. Called once more, on hold for 10 minutes and was finally answered with a worker who did actually check the status, but gave a condescending tone when asked about the option to hold the product. Very rude and unprofessional all around.

This place is the shithole of all shitholes, under staffed. No one cares. Everything locked up. You press the button for assistance getting anything because it's all locked up. No one comes. Close the place down.

Absolute nightmare of a pharmacy. EMergency Room called in prescription at 5am. I called at 10am to see if it was ready. Was told it would be ready in an hour. Called at 12:30 to make sure it was ready was told it was not. Told him that I called 2 hours ago and they said an hour he asked me to hold, he came back and said they will do it right now. My husband waited an hour and went at 1pm to pick it up. Not ready. Waited an hour in the store, still not ready. Had to leave because he had ac dentist appointment.In extreme pain with a serious infection, still waiting on two antibiotics. If they can't fill prescriptions they need to not accept them and send to other locations. This is insane.

Absolutely ridiculous. My doctor sent in a prescription for antibiotics and more than 24 hours later it still was not ready. DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF ANTIBIOTICS. I should have had them the same day. Do not recommend sending any of your prescriptions to this pharmacy,

The pharmacy is an absolute disaster. They won't fill my prescription unless I call to ask. I'm on hold for no less than 25 minutes every time...and when I come in to get it the line is so long because it seems no one knows what they're doing. Not to mention they're so so so understaffed so I feel bad writing this but it needs to change.

I have been a customer of Walgreens, since I was 18 years old. I have always been extremely happy with this location since the original store Osco, was bought out in 2018. Jackie, the pharmacy manager , Kendra , Anh Dau , Peter , Kim and the entire pharmacist staff have transpire a whole new level of excellent customer service. With the joint partnerships of my Primary hospital at tufts medical faxing the medication over to Walgreens. I always get a personal phone call to let me know When it gets filled on time. I am happy to say the least of how grateful and satisfied I am with the level of service at 1100 Dorchester Ave, location. I would not go anywhere else or trade places with any other Local pharmacy for this exceptional hardworking team and what they deliver to the table. They always go above and beyond the call of my prescription and would do anything to get my much needed pain medicine fill in advance on time with minimal hassle or waiting period. I believe this team deserve the best blessings that the district manager can possible give them for their admired dedicated humble work ethic.

They said they could not fill my prescription at this location because it was a retail pharmacy. When I spoke to the pharmaceutical company, they informed me that this was incorrect, and that all Walgreens are able to .
