Staff isn’t attentive to guests that have just arrived in the store. I understand that all except one or two workers were working with customers, but a simple check-in process or a “Welcome to T-Mobile. We’ll be with you shortly” is basic customer service. There should always be someone greeting new or existing customers. That’s how you lose business. Not my first time there so I tried to give it another chance, but sadly the outcome was the same. Won’t be back.

This store isn’t worth 1 star. We’re going on 25 minutes I’ve been standing here and not one employee has said anything. Not even asking have I been help. But others come in and someone greets them. Everyone from the manager down needs proper customer service training.

Not always to pleased with the staff, ex.I was checking on different phone plans and the customer rep..was ordering chicken Parm...a large with a coke...They are Not offering any deals at all...what's upt- mobile..thinking of changing ..

Pay attention to what your customers are actually requesting rather than being so desperate for a sale. We repeated what our needs were in terms of adding a phone to my plan SEVERAL times (this past Sunday) to the sales associate and he kept pushing additional SIM cards on us. Now we've received the phone and it can't even be used because it's an e-sim and we're having to contact customer service and do more work on our end to rectify the situation.The point of doing successful business is not just hitting your numbers. Make sure your customers needs are actually satisfied and provide QUALITY service so that it doesn't backfire and ruin your store's reputation. I'd advised other potential or existing Tmobile customers to go to another location this one is trash.

My phone was having issues connecting to T-Mobile services for 2 days after upgrading to a new phone. Massa was a very helpful employee that was very patient and professional handling my issue. After 2 hours at the store we weren't able to resolve the issue immediately but we were able to set something up with the tech support team to help get closer to a solution. An hour after leaving the store my signal was restored and my issue was resolved. Can't recommend Massa enough for her help!

But this phone upgrade was the best tool to start yet. I feel so cute with my purple phone.Group chats are more efficient for me lolThank you to Massa and the team .Everyone customer service skills were attentive and good vibes while I waited. Soon as she got to me she checked med in seamlessly with all my pros of my upgrade. She stated line for line to understand what I was paying(I was dreading like 500 dollars that day)As she helped me her trainee was also just as great. If there was a question .. someone knew the answer helped and kept helping their other customers.It was a busy day for them..but an amzing overall experience for me . Keep up the great work!

I go in so I can pay my phone bill at the machine(because I have cash) and my account can't be found. I explain to the guy that I have sprint and he immediately says "no you can do that here" and walks away. Bad customer service.
