Very very Rude team. The young cashier guy was helpful but rest of the team was so rude meaninglessly. You guys don’t have to wake up early every morning and come to work just to be rude to people :)Your supervisor needs to provide you some lectures about how to smile and help people.

Rude. Their printing and paper department needs work. I called to inquire about the printing process, paper options and pricing. The associate that answered "said I don't know, you need to check online".Sometimes rather than sifting through tabs I prefer to talk to someone about my options for services. I also couldnt find what I was looking for online, that is why I called. This woman had the worst attitude when I asked about the process and paper options. I actually apologized I felt so uncomfortable. I've seen some other comments about Rude Employees and wow are they are they right! Taking my printing services somewhere else...

Rude employees. Doesn't seem like anyone wants to help when there are definitely enough people staffed. Employees wear headbuds and greet customers with "what's up".

The girl with the nose ring that "works" in the printing area is rude and lazy. Long lines and someone had a question about printing and she was rude and not helpful at all because she was on a personal call.

Horrible customer service every time I go. Long wait times to check out or receive assistance. Workers even yelling at each other at times.

Horrible customer service! If this is your first time at a staples store just be prepared to get no help and if you ask they will have a horrible attitude about helping you. I went in looking for a budget planner, and after 10 mins walking around I asked for help. I asked an employee believe she was probably Russian . She was reluctant to help me signal me to an aisle. After my 10th time looking in the aisle I asked her to help again. She huffed and puffed when I asked again. Ended up leaving Empty handed because literally no one knew where anything was. They need to train their employees on customer service and inventory knowledge!

I needed a new printer and John W. (Associate #2016931) was a tremendous help in picking one out. He gave honest appraisals of the different printers. He listened to what we wanted. Very knowledgeable. Very honest.

Since I can't find out how to properly fill out a survey, imma leave one here. Great Customer Service! One of the cashiers, Imad, was extremely friendly at the register and helped me download the Staples app and told me about all the great perks that come with getting the app. I didn't need any help with finding what I was looking for in the tech aisles, I was actually in and out of the store pretty quick!

Employees are rude and not helpful. It’s called self service but they should still be able to assist she called on. The two ladies in the print center had nothing but attitude.
