I've been going here for years. There's a fair chance an employee will be mean and condescending to you. This is the most convenient location for me so I still go but it's unpleasant every 2 out of 3 times. If you have a choice go somewhere else.

I am currently at store now, having an issue with self service printing, I have been calling an associate! All they do is ignore eye contact and chitchatting and dancing in a corner!! Ridiculous behavior!! Wasting my time!! I would have rated a zero!!
Update: Jistin from the same store helped me and he was so kind and mindful!! But the 3 other women in the printing area are ridiculously useless!!

Dorchester Staples I would like to give a shout out to Mr. Justin excellent service.He was courteous and very polite. He did not accept a tip.
Yesterday I came in to Staples a young ladies that had a head covering on was very helpful as well . I didn’t get her name .

Well, sad to say I won’t be returning to this store. Molly the store associate working the Amazon returns greeted and spoke to everyone except me. Yes, I am melanated. As I waited in line, I watched her speak to first/greet the woman before me and the woman after me; as I was walking out of the store. I was still very pleasant with her none the less. Just unfortunate I have to be treated a way due to the color of my skin. Blatant treatment such as that is very heartbreaking. Won’t be returning.
