We brought some refugees who were stranded at Logan here so they could do laundry - 4 people each with 1 load and none of them able to speak English. To make things worse, I hadn't been to a laundromat for 30 years. The woman who ran the shop was awesome. She understood and went out of her way to help and make our guests feel at home. The place was spotless, had multiple sizes of machines and the rest of the clientele were equally as kind. It was a great experience for some folks who haven't had an easy time of it. Highly recommend this laundry

This place is SUPER OVERPRICED! Other than the large dryer I would never come here. I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 32yrs and this place is money hungry. I feel bad for the staff. It’s like they work under fear. You can’t even relax while washing your clothes The local competition have way better prices and they are crowded for that reason. I won’t be coming back.I washed my bedding and took my clothes to another location.What I spent $28 on one bag of laundry. I usually spend $40 to wash EVERYTHING (3 bags of laundry) what they charge for a “large machine” is considered a medium at my other location and only cost $6 it was $10.25 here. Drying is $3.50 when other locations offer free dry or .75 for 10mins. I had to use two bc again their “large machine” is really a medium. There machines are no better, just newer.

I don't often write any reviews but I am very thankful for SOAK. The wash and fold with pickup and delivery service is incredible, it makes life significantly easier.

Great facility. Super clean and efficient machines and a great staff. I won't miss having to go to the laundromat but this is the best one around!

5 stars it’s just not enough parking around the area. Have to wait till somebody leaves out in order for you to get a spot but it’s very clean respectful staff. ??

Great local laundromat! They use a cool app called Fascard where you earn points that lead to credits to wash or dry with a discount. I also like how quick and efficient it is to wash and dry!

Clean, organized and friendly. Can't ask for much more than that!! We come here a few times a year to clean bedding, comforters, etc. and all the equipment works .

Visiting from out of town. Overlooked lack of washer/dryer in my rental and only packed for few days. Usually would hit laundromat, but since just two of us decided to splurge and pay for laundry service. Came out to $1.40-.60/lb so $26 total. By the time you buy sm detergent, sm softener you've spent$10-12 plus time...an awesome indulgence..

I love this laundry center, I feel at peace being there. Very clean and functional. The app for laundering fees are affordable. The installed app displays washer and dryer timer, so I don't have wait inside. Love this place.

Clean location and friendly staff!! Washer and dryers work amazingly!! Street parking so get here early! Love the electronic paying system. You can use debit/credit/cash to get card. Or use phone app! Overall experience is amazing!! We will definitely be using this location!!

You can never do your laundry in peace if the owner is there. The other staffs are great and very friendly. I only do laundry when I don't see his car parked in the front. If not I take the extra trip and go to another location.

Overall this place is fine. Super clean and staff were helpful. Convenient mobile payment. I'm slightly concerned with the people using this place though. The entrance smelled like marijuana and some customers appeared dangerous.
