Jacket sleeves are too long (one longer than the other also). Also woman at the counter said they would be opened on July 4th and when I went to pick up my items they were closed. Will not be returning.

Had a bunch of my pants tailored at the waist as well as one hem by the leg. All of them were well done. I also had a hoodie with a cooking oil stain that was months old dry cleaned as well and they were able to get it out.

I just picked up my altered dress (hemmed and taken in) from Orlan and had to leave a review, I was so impressed. I've had a lot of trouble finding a friendly, professional, reliable tailor in Boston, but I will be going to Orlan for all of my future tailoring.To start, I did not need an appointment to go and get alterations done. I came in with one person ahead of me and was out within 15 minutes, but I didn't feel rushed. Orlan works quickly and efficiently.I didn't need the dress finished for a few weeks, but he said he could do it sooner. The finished product truly feels like a custom fit. The dress itself was hundreds of dollars and I was nervous about a tailor being careless about the alterations, but I would trust Orlan with any piece of clothing after this!
