Najed and John were a pleasure to work with. They made sure to consistently update me on status of my repairs. Also, I was pleasantly surprised of the immaculate work they did and thorough detailing. In summary, 10/10 —would highly recommend.

I had major damage to my RAV4 in a hit and had N&J work with my insurance company to get everything fixed. Everyone at N&J were great to work with, super communicative, and willing to go the extra mile. I barely had to deal with my insurance or adjusters at all once N&J got the car. When I picked up, the interior was freshly detailed...a nice touch I didn't expect. Everything looked perfectly done, and you couldn't tell anything had happened to the car. Honestly looked brand new inside and out. My RAV4 started throwing a code about a month later. N&J handled that repair for FREE, when I was expecting to have to get insurance back involved...a nightmare I was very glad to avoid. They also turned it around super quickly knowing that I had recently moved to Worcester and getting there and back was tricky without the car. Horrible business practices. Horrible response time. I went in to have my car appraised for repair. Sent them the appraisal from insurance and they agreed to do the work. 4 emails to the manager and multiple calls and texts to the repairman, nobody ever contacted me. Left me completely hanging. Called the company and mechanic that referred me so they would never refer anyone else.

What I can tell you about N&J auto body is these guys are some of the most respectful people I’ve ever met, they are honest with their quotes, they really try to save you money any chance they can, they won’t replace things that don’t need to be replaced in vehicles and most importantly they do great work. They won’t put out a vehicle they aren’t completely satisfied with themselves, it’s hard to find good/genuine mechanics but if you’re looking for the real deal, N&J auto body I assure you are the guys to call!

I was in a fender bender and was referred by Toyota dealership to N&J body shop. I went in to get a quote from Travis the son of Majed who told me to see his son Travis because he leaves the body shop at 2pm. While there to get a quote my tire got a flat and somehow a nail got in a very odd place on the inside of my tire. Travis put air in my tire and he followed me to the Toyota dealership. He spoke to them as if I couldn't speak for myself. Instead of paying for one flat tire I had to pay for 2 new tires because when I was in Florida last year a tire went flat and they didn't have the same tire and they put on one different tire. So I sat down with the director of parts (Bruce) at the Toyota dealership and had a whole discussion on why all 4 tires have to match. So I had paid for two new tires and dropped it off the same day for n&j to begin the body work. When I went back almost 2 seeks later to get my car they had someone washing it. I asked for a towel to dry it off a bit and I noticed right away that I didn't have the same tire on it. All the tires should say Dunlap but one tire said general something. I called out to Travis (theonlyfamiliofaceiknow) and asked him about the tire being different when I just paid for 2 new tires. And that's when the argument began. He said I was accusing them of taking the tires and he began yelling at me and calling me stupid and other names while taking pictures and video taping me while cussing at me. John the owner/manager stood there and did nothing and says Travis didn't mean what he was saying. I also seen a new dent in Mt car. Since I got my car back it doesn't feel the same, my heater isn't working properly and it seems to stall and j*** forward when driving. They sell used cars there. Please observe your car carefully before and after. I guess they didn't think I would notice because I'm a stupid female. Only God knows what else they did to my car. They sell multiple used cars there as well. Your new car parts can end up on their older cars for sale and their older car parts could end up on your new car while your making payments. They are deceptacons.

Brought my new Audi in after an accident, I requested a sport style aftermarket bumper for my vehicle, they were able to get it and install, the car looks better than it ever has before, the paint is great quality matches the original paint perfectly! Man I teared up when I saw my 2008 honda civic si. This place did an outstanding job fixing my bent hood and bumper. This guy named John was super cool too, he was the one that helped me get started with the process. You will definitely be satisfied. What really blew my mind was when they cleaned the inside of my car. Felt as if i was in a brand new car.
