Got my headlight fixed here and Tommy took such good care of me. I don’t always have great experiences with car repair shops but this is a quality shop with kind people, would recommend to anybody.

I’ve been here several times for multiple issues (people love to hit me ?) with my Mercedes and I’ll never go anywhere else! They are SO nice, professional, and always do a perfect job. Can’t recommend enough!!!

I was informed that I would not be able to repair my car there if Jake couldn’t order the parts himself. He stated “since I’m not purchasing the car parts for you, then I can’t put warranty under those parts. So we also can’t fix your vehicle.” I’ve never heard of an auto body shop denying service due to the customer buying their own parts. Here’s what’s also interesting, I searched the part numbers up online & found out they were selling it to me at MSRP, but they were already discounted products; meaning Jake was purposely overcharging me. I will not return to this shop. When they give you a cheaper price for paying in “cash” it’s because they waive the diagnostic fee & maintenance fee. I went here twice for two separate problems & they tried doing the same exact thing both times, take advantage. Bring your car elsewhere.

Tommy and his crew are the best! Had some damage to the front side wheel cover and they fixed up in a jiffy and cleaned my car better than I ever have in my life! Great customer service and two very friendly puppies for those that like that thing. I do!

Cannot recommend enough! I've had my car in their shop now three times, and each visit has solidified my trust in their exceptional service and expertise. They recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality, which is hard to find in the Boston area! They're also super knowledgeable on car insurance proceedings, which I found extremely valuable. I have, and will continue referring these guys out...thanks again for saving my time, money, and frustration!!!

Last July I got my Ford truck fixed in mass motor it was recommended for one friend after 30 days I got my truck back they did a good work on body shop but I got water filtration on my rear glass that they removed and did not glued right and they replaced the driver side running board but they use a passenger side on the driver side I noticed until a month later I only told to who recommended them for my damaged. I think they don’t put attention on detailings before they return vehicles to the owners for water leak they told me was not their responsibility because they said it was sunroof leak but I took my truck to dealer and they find out it was rear glass I glued it by my self also driver side door was making a noise they fixed after I went back for the noise they forgot the truck bed sticker & window vents.

Jake and the team at Mass Motors are the best! They took care of my brakes, maintenance, and a couple other repairs in a quick manner. They were very communicative throughout the process, and made sure I understood exactly what was needed now, and what to be on the lookout for to keep my older car running as long as possible. They also thoroughly cleaned it before returning it to me, which was above and beyond! Highly recommend- thank you ?

Nice people but money grubbing. We hit a bad pothole and it pushed a bracket off the muffler where it attached to another pipe and it was rumbling. We explained to the gentleman @ Mass Motors that the car was being traded in soon and could he see it the bracket could just be put back into place. The only answer we got is that we should make an insurance claim because the repairs would be over 4k. We went to a different mechanic (Hannibal's......honest people!) and he was able was able to put the bracket back in place for $40.....no mire rumbling! Yes Mass motors wanted $4000 and we were able to get it repaired for $40!. Tell me there isn't something wrong there. :(
