Had a 2009 Jaguar xf brought it There they let it sit for 2 and a half weeks in there shop without touching it literally ignored my phone calls for 6days (knew they were ignoring my phone number specifically because I used my wife's phone number right after I used mine to call and they picked up saying they weren't ignoring me) unfortunately I sold my brand new car 93k miles on the dash because they told me they would have to check every individual wire which was a lie I sold the car and the person I sold it to fixed the car in 3days worst shop you could ever possibly send your car too when I towed the car out of the shop and when it came back to me lots of parts were not where they were supposed to be the car looked ransacked and when I called to ask them they told me and I quote "oh you towed it out instead of letting us fix it have the next mechanic do it for you"

I was told my car would be ready at some point in the week. Weeks pass by and no update.Please do not use this place if you need your car back quickly. Been given 2-3 time frames when it was going to be fixed and still have not even given it back yet.

He takes jobs knowing he has plenty of other ones to do.Tells you a date never falls through, multiple times.Quality is good but something that can take a week tops will take him a month and a half.Its ok to be busy but inform you customers is what im saying..poor communication on whats going on and updates.Quality good service horrible choice is yoursService: Body & Trim
