The staff are always attentive and keep the place clean, although they did raise the price of the washers I hope they don't raise them again anytime soon b/c that's the reason why I stopped going to laundromax in Roxbury on Warren st. they kept raising the prices every other month. Ridiculous!
Update 7/10/24 one of the hottest days we're having and no air conditioning, 2 rows of washers have no power the $4 and $5 machines are all down. From a 4 star to 2 star. They don't seem to care anymore especially with the upkeep of the place. Time to find another laundry place.

It’s a couple of miles away from my home but it’s so worth it when I have bags and bags of laundry. They have HUGE washing machines, it doesn’t cost much, they have parking, I’ve never had a problem with any of their machines and the workers are so helpful. Also, they take cards and cash!!

If I could rate 0 ..I would. I hate this place. The place is gross and machines are no good. My clothes did not come out good. Shut it down.

I have been using this laundry since it opened and the service is been great since day 1, all the workers are very friendly and if you have any issues they resolve it asap.

Most of the machines are not usable for some reason. Its always crowded. Workers are so nice. A lot of undesirables hang in there sleeping or just there. I use to be able to do laundry quick, but it takes long due to lack of dryers some days, or you have to wait for a washer.
