2259 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester“We brought some refugees who were stranded at Logan here so they could do laundry - 4 people each with 1 load and none of them able to speak English. To make things worse, I hadn't been to a laundromat for 30 years. The woman who ran the shop was awesome. She understood and went out of her way to help and make our guests feel at home. The place was spotless, had multiple sizes of machines and the rest of the clientele were equally as kind. It was a great experience for some folks who haven't had an easy time of it. Highly recommend this laundry”
“Love this place! Great price! I go here on a weekly basis and it is done beautifully by the next day! Very nice polite and esp. hard working staff.Update: So when I started going here it was $0.79 a lb now its about its about $1.20 a lb and I just picked up my daughter's clothes which ticket bill was originally $19.20 and $2.58 got added on when I went to pick it up so it went up to $21.78 thankfully I had the extra couple dollars and I still tipped as well. Not sure sure if that's now including tipping prices...I had been out of town granted and always had a good relationship with them. So changes happen I just should have asked in person...UPDATE: Kid's clothing has a $3.50 fee”
“Found this great gem location . Sparrow the owner there took care of all my liquor stains off my shirts and sweater . Picked up everything like it was brand new . Best place for dry cleaning so far I’ve been to. Good decent price also.”
“I enjoy how the VIP can drop off anytime. I do think dependables is a little pricey BUT i have no complaints on service, the workers are always kind and they do have deals most times!”
“I love this laundromat. I use the laundry drop off method. The price is dependent on the weight of your laundry. Ms. Sarah is who I request to do my laundry. My clothes are folded neatly and she even goes a step further and hangs my uniforms. Best experience.”
“Clean establishment. Street parking. Local small business. Black owned. Good machines. Nice owners. Kind customer service. Convenient drop off service. ATM next store which makes it easier to grab cash when needs. It's easy doing business here. It's just a great place to wash clothes. Seriously, there are so many positives. I've been a customer ever since Da Mat opened. I now have a washer machine and dryer in my home and I still drop off my laundry at Da Mat when I'm too busy to do the job myself... I just really like the people and the service. I'll patronize this business as long as I can. Go and see what I'm talking about. ?”
“It’s a couple of miles away from my home but it’s so worth it when I have bags and bags of laundry. They have HUGE washing machines, it doesn’t cost much, they have parking, I’ve never had a problem with any of their machines and the workers are so helpful. Also, they take cards and cash!!”
“This laundry mat Owner is changed.New people are so good and kind . There drop off service are excellent. They are doing very good customer service. Special the indian lady is very helpful. I am happy to visited.”

81 Hancock St, Dorchester“The owner, is there on the daily and does a great job keeping this place clean, he’s very kind. There is a language barrier some people might assume he’s not understanding but be patient English is obviously not his first language.Second I’ve never seen any rodents or roaches, this is a good sign.Bathroom is always cleanFor clothes drop off most of the times I’m there I see it’s just him working, so be patient. It’s laundry people take over machines and he would have to wait to use them. This place gets 5 stars bc for a small business the owner does his best to keep the place clean, it’s not the cleanest laundry but he keeps up with it.My mom has been going here for a while and I’ve been going for 2 years.Tip: use 5 quarters for the dryer.”
“Had a bunch of my pants tailored at the waist as well as one hem by the leg. All of them were well done. I also had a hoodie with a cooking oil stain that was months old dry cleaned as well and they were able to get it out.”
