Worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank. I was very excited to switch to a credit union, but I didn’t even have my account with HFCU for 2 months. I opened my accounts, placed all of my money in it, waited over a month for a debit card that never came. I finally had had enough waiting and drove over an hour to the closest branch that makes cards on site (I confirmed with two separate people on the phone) only to arrive and be told their machine was broken. The employee did not seem particularly concerned with my ongoing issues and was even less interested when I told her I wanted to close my account due to it being the worst experience banking of my life. Not sure how such a small bank stays in business like that.

Always some weird rules with them. Twice they gave me issues when trying to get quarters. Now the vault closes before 4 ??? a bank without money.

Pleasantly surprised how new the space was and the service is prompt. This is located on the District Ave complex across from the AMC theatre. When you first enter, you are first greeted by a front desk person who directs you to a bank rep. There is an atm to get cash and the rest of the space is devoted to individual offices to meet with the bank rep. There is free fast WIFI. There is one hour parking in the front of the building otherwise park in the garage.

Service has been hit or miss if you will. One day a good service, the next I caught a big mistake in my deposit. All I got was " I'll fix it, I'll change the amount..." No apologies... who wants their deposit to come short?

Mixed experiences with this location and bank in general. I do not feel like this bank is consistent with customer service. There is this one lady that I won’t mention by name but her service is lacking. Her tone is rude and she’s extremely condescending.

I've had almost $100k in loans with this bank and after one visit to the Dorchester branch should be closed and I'm DONE. One customer and 3 people were either doing their nails or chatting on the phone.Horrible customer service. I can't imagine seeing these people every time I need to handle my banking needs.

During the pandemic I have a terrible time trying to get appointments to handle banking. The 800# states someone will call back with appt time and no one ever does. I have to escalate to supervisor. Goes on for days! Disappointed in this locatio

I never had a problem with rudeness and unprofessionalism until today dealing with Nadesh or Nadash African American . She kept telling me she cashed my check and gave me money with my withdrawal which was not true . I asked to do transactions depending for this reason and she still did what she wanted to do. If I didn’t insist and do all I did she would of kept my money. Never again going back to this branch
