“Pleasantly surprised how new the space was and the service is prompt. This is located on the District Ave complex across from the AMC theatre. When you first enter, you are first greeted by a front desk person who directs you to a bank rep. There is an atm to get cash and the rest of the space is devoted to individual offices to meet with the bank rep. There is free fast WIFI. There is one hour parking in the front of the building otherwise park in the garage.”
“It’s a bank, there are going to be lines! Be patient and kind to the people working to the best of their capabilities especially when they’re at capacity. I also had to work w Senior Relationship Banker Thu and I cannot give her enough praise. She has helped me a few times now and has been incredibly informative as well as empathetic to all the situations I have encountered. She’s taken proper time and care with my inquiries and I am very appreciative. All the staff has been attentive and kind every time I have come in.”

“Despite it is a busy branch, the service I received from Janice and Maria (Teller) it was superior.Many customers in the line, but tellers work hard to speed up without sacrificing customer service.The service in this branch is provided in multiple languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese) so, don't hesitate to visit them for your financial services.Plenty of free parking, very clean branch. They have a small waiting area to sit.”
