This Place is suppose to open on Sundays at 7am, it was literally 710am when the guy comes strolling through late as always to open the door, mind you it is freezing outside today..The owner should find more responsible people to be here on time, like seriously this laundrymat is becoming a damn joke!!!

The owner, is there on the daily and does a great job keeping this place clean, he’s very kind. There is a language barrier some people might assume he’s not understanding but be patient English is obviously not his first language.Second I’ve never seen any rodents or roaches, this is a good sign.Bathroom is always cleanFor clothes drop off most of the times I’m there I see it’s just him working, so be patient. It’s laundry people take over machines and he would have to wait to use them.This place gets 5 stars bc for a small business the owner does his best to keep the place clean, it’s not the cleanest laundry but he keeps up with it.My mom has been going here for a while and I’ve been going for 2 years.Tip: use 5 quarters for the dryer.

This Laundry is the worst in Dorchester. The customer service is mediocre. Terrible supervisor have no respect. This the third time that I dropped off my clothes and it wasn’t ready for pick up. Terrible experience with this Laundry I wouldn’t never recommend this laundry . The worst experience.

Machines are broken alot, i don't trust change machines, rodent ran around and water was leaking from ceiling. I stopped going because it's a health hazard and owners don't seem to care.

Came in during the weekday after work to take care of a load since the washer at my house was broken. The laundromat was not packed at the time, there were about 3-4 other people washing which was nice. There was 1 TV so you could watch the news or you could bring your book and sit on any of the 6-7 chairs in the front while you waited. There were enough carts and enough tables to fold laundry so the place did not feel cramped like another location I have been to in the area. Good place to wash laundry. There were loads varying in size that started at $4 a load and went up the bigger the load. The $4 load was big enough to fit about 1.5-2 loads of laundry.

Clean, lots of machines, none seem to be broken. Only one other person here. However, the cheapest washers are $3.50/wash, up to $8.25/wash. That's really expensive... And explains why no one is here.
