This laundry mat Owner is changed.New people are so good and kind . There drop off service are excellent. They are doing very good customer service. Special the indian lady is very helpful. I am happy to visited.

One of the most unprofessional places I have ever been. I been here before to drop some bags of laundry, No problem then. I went to drop off some bags today and was denied the drop off. I ask why , the owner said that because they were only gonna be one employee they wouldn’t be able to do. Understandable, I ask if I can still drop it off and pick it up when they were able to do it(since I came walking all of my bags from my apartment and it would be a struggle bring it back with out it being cleaned )The owner started to scream that they don’t do drop off. I ask since when, since I have drop clothes off and seen them do other people laundry as well.She said that they never did no one’s laundry that I was their only person they did that for, which is a complete lie. Since I seen other people dropping and pick up their laundry.I tried to ask that you if they were gonna stop doing service that they should at least tell their clients that they are stopping.( I came a week before asking if they still did drop off since I saw a new staff and they confirmed that they did) she continued to scream and not allow me to ask for something very reasonable.I wish I had a closer laundry mat that did drop since I will not be coming back to this unprofessional and rude location.Please save your money and find somewhere that is not rude and disrespectful.

The owners have to stop blaming the customer for their failing machines. I used a big washer that requires 44 quarters. I got all the to 9 coins left to put in, then the machine went back to 44?I told the owner, she accused me of putting in nickels. I had used their coin machine?. I had over hundred quarters in my bag. I need them not to give the customers a hard time when it's theirs machines.

For the first time today, Sunday, I'm going to wash and it's supposed to be at 5:00. I arrived at 4:25 pm. They didn't let me in and I felt that from what I've seen, I read that they have bad customer service.
