Amazing customer service! A big thank you to Justin the manager and D the tile guy who both spent about 20 minutes helping me select material and worked with me to do a price match. I wish more stores had such great people. The store itself has great selection and reasonable prices with superior quality. I highly recommend!

I just want to say that I had a great experience but only due to this special employee. I met an amazing employee by the name of Nelly that is actually the merchandising specialist not a sales floor employee. She seen I was looking for help and no one was acknowledging me . It was very frustrating seeing other staff right near me joking around and speaking to each other like I wasn’t even there as I was trying to get their attention. So this associate Nelly came right up to me asked me if I needed help. She right away went to get the product for me explained to me this item specifically was on sale and nicely explained the policies. I was content because it was the last piece I needed to finish my project. It was a vanity!! I want to say thank you to her because she was the only reason I even went ahead and purchased because I was going to just walk right out the store!! Thanks again to her but won’t coming back to this location.

I have to say I have been in a few Floor & Decor stores and this one in Dorchester Ma has the best receiving person ever! His name is Eric Healy he goes above and beyond to help out, he is quick and his area always looks great. I can only say this company has a great asset with Eric working with this company!

The place has a great arrangement of tiles and more choices. However, I hope management changes the checkout area. It was scary, unsafe, and dangerous how the cashier had her back turned to the main entrance of the door. She's right on the door. If any crazy people can simply go in, get the registry, and injure her, there is no way to defend herself or protect herself. I hope they can change the layout of this area or move the cashier away from the door. In addition, the wind and cold air were right in this area. Floor & Decor protects your employees. It's not safe. I wouldn't work there unless the layout changes.

I am Pro client at Floor and Decor. I was trying to exchange tiles cause I ordered some tiles. During this order I received 3 boxes of the wrong tiles. I went to exchange if for the right ones. They told me they couldn't switch them cause the wrong ones they gave me were on final sale. They had the ones I needed in stock for the same exact price. The supervisor refused the exchange. It was rude customer service, and zero respect for my situation. It wasn't my fault they messed up my order. They sent me to Avon to resolve my problem they created. I left 3 boxes of tiles for them because I don't need tiles with the same pattern and a different size.Barbara

I just started using these guys this year (2023) and I love this place. It’s cleaner, less crowded and better stocked with high quality products than either of the big box stores. And their employees are 100Xs more helpful.If I’m doing pretty much anything kitchen or bath related these guys are my first stop and pretty much my only stop if tile is involved. They are great for tile jobs. Obviously for any type of flooring they are a no-brainer. They even have vanities, sinks, showers (including doors) and countertops too. My favorite part is their tools section coupled with the amazing amount of installation materials they have on hand to get the job done. Both for pros and the diy’er.

I spent 3000 dollars on floor and bathroom tile along with grout for the kitchen the grout was the wrong colors and I brought it back the lady would not take it back and the manay was rude and told me if I didn't leave his store he would call the cops I spent all that money to be disrespected by these idiots I would never give my money to them again they suck
