It says they open around 8:00am but upon my arrival it was closed and I had to wait and sit in my car for around an hour and thirty 9:30 is when they actually open so don’t come here in the morning.

Dollartree does not exist. items are not a dollar anymore. It starts off at $1.25-$5.00, not a great marketing move

Online it says they’re open at 8am on Saturdays and I arrived at 8:30 and they still weren’t opened. They opened around 8:50 and they had multiple expired products still in the store.

On a Saturday evening, many shelves were empty and there was very little food left. Anyone who comes here for that will be disappointed. However, there are some things that you can get there cheaply.

Upon arriving at Dollar Tree around 7:42 pm on a Thursday night, I found their door closed. After waiting for someone to assist, I requested to speak with a manager. I was greeted by a woman named Linda, who identified herself as the manager. Inquired about the discrepancy between the online closing time of 8:00 pm and the early closure, she mentioned it was due to the district manager's directive to have employees leave by 8 pm. I expressed my dissatisfaction with this policy, stating it was inconvenient and seemed unreasonable. This practice does not seem to be consistent with other Dollar Tree locations, possibly because of the neighborhood. Dollar Tree should improve beyond simply locking the doors. I made a special trip to buy a last-minute item... and believe their closing time should be adjusted to 7:45 pm instead of 8 pm.

Everything's great except the time it takes for certain cashiers to check out customers, I was in queue for over 15 minutes with just 3 people ahead of me

This location used to be home to family Dollar. Within the last 1-2yrs I want to say Dollar tree took the location over. They have a very nice snack selection with a multitude of choices (which I can very much appreciate) they also boast food that has not expire.

The store supposed to be open at 8am. I watched as the workers talked on their phones while the store was still closed. They didn't open until 845

Disappointing Opening Time ExperienceI've been a loyal customer of Dollar Tree for over a decade, but my recent experience left me thoroughly disappointed. Today, I arrived at the store at 8:55 a.m., expecting it to open at 9:00 a.m., as stated online. However, I waited for 20 minutes, only to realize that the store wasn't opening as scheduled.Frustrated by the delay, I walked to a nearby Burger King for breakfast, thinking I could return before 10:00 a.m. When I got back to the Dollar Tree at 9:50 a.m., there were eight other customers waiting as well. Unfortunately, even by 10:15 a.m., the store remained closed.As a long-time customer, I have invested both time and money in Dollar Tree, and this experience has been discouraging. Punctuality is a basic expectation, and it's disheartening when a store doesn't meet that standard. I hope Dollar Tree can address these issues and provide a more reliable and customer-friendly experience in the future.
