My cute dog went in for a trim. I like to put her hair up in a ponytail. I told them specifically not to cut her hair. She was not matted at all. I gave them pictures and explained specifically how I wanted her trimmed. She came out of looking like a cat with mutton chops.. worse grooming ever!

Love this place... only place to truly love and care for my fur baby. Also you gotta get your baby's picture taken here they do themed backgrounds for your pets. I got my next Xmas card. 10/10 will go back
